This season we are thrilled to be bringing you the Wisconsin Premiere of Oprah Winfrey Presents The Color Purple, Happy Days - A New Musical, set in Milwaukee and based on the beloved television series, A Bronx Tale starring Oscar-nominated Chazz Palminteri, the 30th anniversary production of a Broadway legend, A Chorus Line and the much anticipated Milwaukee return of The Phantom of the Opera.

Oprah Winfrey’s The Color Purple, is a soul-stirring musical based on the classic Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Alice Walker and the moving film by Steven Spielberg. It is the unforgettable and inspiring story of a woman named Celie, who finds her unique voice in the world.

Based on a popular television series, Happy Days – A New Musical, reintroduces one of America's best loved families, the Cunninghams, and the days of 1959 Milwaukee complete with varsity sweaters, hula hoops, and jukebox sock-hoppin'.

Audiences will see Oscar nominee Chazz Palminteri bring 18 characters to vivid life, depicting a rough childhood on Bronx streets populated by a cast of friends and enemies in A Bronx Tale which comes direct from Broadway.

The direct from Broadway revival of A Chorus Line, the musical for everyone who’s ever had a dream and put it all on the line. Winner of nine Tony Awards®, including “Best Musical” and the Pulitzer Prize for drama, this singular sensation is the longest-running American Broadway musical ever.

The much anticipated return of The Phantom of the Opera will once again take your breath away. You won’t want to miss this timeless story of seduction and despair and the one show The London Sunday Times called “God’s gift to the musical theatre.”

Season Ticket Holders will also have the first opportunity to purchase individual tickets when a smash Broadway hit returns to Milwaukee. Mamma Mia! will play a special one-week engagement in October 2008.
