Q: I
cannot attend one of my performances due to a conflict. How do I exchange my
tickets?
A: If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, season ticket holders
are able to exchange their tickets for another performance of the same
production. Exchanges can be accommodated based on availability. If a show is
sold-out we unfortunately, will not be able to make an exchange. Exchanges must be received by
our office no later than one week prior to opening night of the show. Tickets
must be in the Broadway Across America - Utah office in order for us to complete an exchange.
There is no additional fee for exchanging, but if you are exchanging from a
lower ticket price to a higher ticket price, the price difference will be
collected when processing the exchange. Exchanges may be made easily by mail.

Q: I've lost my ticket to one of my scheduled performances. What can I do?
A: Please call Broadway Across America - Utah as soon as you realize that you have misplaced
your ticket(s). We will confirm your seating and issue a "Duplicate Pass", which
you will pick up at Will Call located inside the theatre one hour before your
performance. For security purposes, "Duplicate Passes" will not be given out
until one hour before your performance. Picture identification will be required to
pick-up your pass.
Q: I've moved recently, how do I change my address?
A: It is important for you to contact us immediately when any information
changes on your account. Address changes can only be made by the account holder
and must be made in writing. We are not responsible for items not forwarded by
the post office. We appreciate all efforts to keep account information current.
Q: I would like to change my seating. What do I need to do?
A: Requests for changes and upgrades should be done at the time of renewal.
Please mark the appropriate box on the renewal form to request a change or an
upgrade. Please note that, due to the high percentage of current season ticket
holders that retain their seat locations from year to year, upgrades will be
extremely limited. Upgrades only become available when other season ticket
holders choose not to renew their seats. All requests are considered on a first
come, first served basis. The more flexible you are, the better the chance we
can fulfill your request.
Q: I can no longer attend the series, and would like to give my account to a
friend. Is that possible?
A: Your may transfer your season tickets to another person, but the change must
be made in writing. This is for your own security as season tickets are a
valuable commodity. Please be specific which seats you want to turn over. Please
provide in your letter, the name, address, and daytime and evening phone numbers
of the person taking over your account.
Q: I am unable to attend this year, but would like to retain my seats for the
following year.
What can I do?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to hold your seats without payment in full. If
accounts are not paid in full by the renewal deadline, your seats will be
released to another season ticket holder without notice. Should you wish to join
us for future seasons, your status will be equal to that of a new season ticket
holder and you will be seated in the best available seat location(s) at that
time.
Q:I have two residences and will not be in town for the beginning or end of the
season, what are my options?
A: Broadway Across America is now available in over 45 cities. We want you to
enjoy a full season of Broadway. Please call Broadway Across America - Utah and ask about our
Broadway Across America program. We may be able to help you to enjoy your
Broadway season between two cities.
Q: I have already seen one of the shows in my season. What are my options if I
don't want to see it again?
A: Broadway Across American - Utah makes every effort to present the best Broadway has to offer
and will not place a production in a subscription line-up more than once.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund on the shows you have already seen in
other cities or theatres.
Q: I have been sharing my season account with friends. We would like to separate
the seats into our own accounts so that we can receive our own mailings. How
would I do that?
A: Season Ticket Holders can split out their season tickets at any time.
Please make this request in writing with specific seat locations. Please provide
the complete name, mailing address, phone numbers (daytime and evening) for the
new account holder.
Q: Can I exchange my tickets for a specific show before they are mailed if I
know in advance that I have a schedule conflict?
A: Broadway Across America - Utah is unable to exchange tickets while we are in the
process of renewing and seating our new season ticket holders. In order to
provide you with the best seat availability, we ask that you please wait until
you have received your tickets in the mail in order to request changes.
Q: Can the benefit of ordering priority tickets for added shows or extra tickets
to season shows be extended to family and friends?
A: For security purposes, only the person whose name is on the account may
access information or order additional tickets using that account number. We are
happy to accommodate the purchase of additional tickets to any Broadway In Utah
show for your family and friends, but the request must come from the account
holder. All tickets ordered will be mailed to the address on the account. For
security reasons tickets cannot be sent to an alternate address.
Q: When will I receive my Season Tickets?
A: Please refer to your renewal invoice for the expected mail dates.
Q: I would like to purchase a large number of tickets for my company event or
charitable functions. How do I do that?
A: Groups of 20 people or more may order tickets
online or by phone at 801.355.5502 or toll free 888.255.2200.
