Easy Ticket Exchanges - Artist Series Broadway subscribers may exchange tickets for the same show at a different performance time on a best available basis. Conditions apply.

Ticket Insurance & Replacement services - Lost, misplaced or stolen tickets? Don’t worry. Call the Artist Series Broadway Hotline Number. We’ll replace your tickets on an event-by-event basis to the original purchaser at the “Will Call” window prior to each show.

Priority & Discounts - Access to priority seating to other Artist Series events and season packages and discounts to select additional shows before the general public.

The Broadway Line - Our new quarterly publication will keep you informed of the latest Broadway happenings in Jacksonville as well as other Artist Series offerings -- with shows available at a discount and priority to Broadway Series Subscribers.
